NASTY The only king they had available with my prepaid reservation had been vacated that same day by a tenant that had been in the unit for nearly a year! The hallways and interior carpeting smelled of animal urine. The linens and tub had hairs in them. I ended up purchasing a cheap queen set from Ross to use over the bedding. Didnt care for employee's attitudes, although one younger girl was very sweet. Facility was filthy. Carpets stained & nasty, musty smell, disgusting refrigerator, windows unsecured - unable to secure. Ugh

Looking for my refund for itinerary 72755173459218. Hotel was beyond unacceptable upon arrival and they CLAIMED we were to provided full refund and we left. I would not leave a stray dog in those rooms. Dirty floors, walls, broken furniture, plastic sack on broken unlevel mattress, and bugs everwhere including in-between the dirty sheets.

Staff was not available late night key did not work had to sleep in my car until someone finally came and reset my room key

Hallways smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. Room wasn't anything like the photos posted. Remote didn't work to the television. I don't recommend this place at all.
