The room was very run down. I tried to cancel my second night minutes after checking in but they refused. I did not stay the second night and found a better hotel.

We did not like anything. Hair on the bath towel when we went to use it. Sugar ants all over the bathroom counter. The plastic light fixture over the florescent blubs fell off...almost on my head. One of the light switches was not working. Bed was uncomfortable. No one was at check in for 10 minutes. The whole place was dirty..fingerprints all over inside the evevator and trash. Hallway rugs had stains. We felt like we had to disinfect our whole body when we returned home.

The lobby was very dirty . Something unusual happened to me the front desk guy took a picture of my Driver License front and back first hotel they do this. This place look like a Shelter . I will never back to this place again.

The shower wasn’t working so we had to use the shower in an another room. Our room smells so bad.

Dirty Place was dirty, rooms smells like food and sheets unsanitary.

Hotel smelled throughout and things were sticky; breakfast is just coffee and muffins/granola bars, and they were out of coffee. Room fridge was very loud, making it difficult to sleep, bathroom faucet dripped all night, people loitering outside at night and in the morning appeared to be on something; pills spilled outside front door on the ground were on the afternoon of check-in were still there the next morning. Bed was comfortable and appeared clean; although room smelled, it appeared clean as well.
