The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk to the management is totally unacceptable. I was spoken to in an extremely hostile manager by the check-in representative. It was insisted that my room was not paid for in advance and I was told I had to pay by cash. I was forced to wait in the lobby for approx 35 minutes. The clerk then made some ridiculous statement about charging the credit card as though it was not the card that had already prepaid for the room. Supposed to have 2 beds but only has 1 and they did not even compensate for their issue. The room was small and outdated. Kitchen area looked old and countertop was broken.

This property was not well kept. The staff were not professional and the room was dirty. I did not end up staying the evening at this hotel due to conditions. I left shortly after CheckIn and stayed at a different hotel.

Smelled so bad...in the room even after turning on air...bathtub was rusty and gross. Tub was clean but very old fixture's..refrigerator didnt even work..lirerally went out and bought a comforter set to sleep on...told management but since they were booked they couldnt do anything and since going thru expedia they couldnt even refund any of are money...it was way overpriced for a crappy place to stay... been going to maitland once a year for the last 10years and by far worst experience ever.

Hotel was horrible. Holes in tub. Sheets pillowcases were dirty. Hallways and room smelled bad. I want my money
