Very dated and not such a clean feel. I was disappointed when my employees told me how dated and old it felt there.

ad customer services hotel scam at extended stay a i was tired went to bed i notices the room was not clean as needed but i was tired got up the next morning and check out did not used anything in the kitchen so had no reason to check. go a bill 200 dollars on credit card for cigarette ashes on the stove call the front desk which talk very rude. i call guest relation told me to talk to general manager. say i was lucky they did not charge me 250.00 i ask for pictures i ask to see the room say it was clean. the word of other t... read more

Very dirty. Bad odor in room. Tv service was cutting in and out. The WiFi was the worst. Paid for the high speed it was slower than the free one. Awful stay.

I had a reservation booked through Expedia. Once I arrived, was told they were overbooked. Someone from Expedia called me two hours later. The person at the front desk offered zero assistance except to say they do not like 3rd party agents like Expedia because these things happen.

Under achieved cleanliness I’ve stayed at this property several times and this experience was awful. The room was very dirty and I actually had to ask for a towel to clean the bathroom. The light would not shut off and actually had to unplug it. The staff was Friendly, but definitely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.
