The only advantage was it's location. It was dirty, old, and few amenities. No hairdryer in bathroom and smelled musty. Skip it unless you are desperate.

This was the worst experience ever! As I checked in I ask to cancel my second night. The girl at the counter informed me that the manager was not in? Told me in the morning to check back. I told her I would as our plans had changed!! In the morning still no manager?? I called orbitz and was told to go a head and check out before there chech out time so it would give a better case to get refund. This was advertised as free breakfast included, and there was only a basket of granola bars. If you are not going to serve breakfast, please stop advertising as if you do since that was a deciding factor between another hotel.

Horrible service and the staff is not friendly and I had a online reservation that somehow got cancelled and moved to the different location without anyone calling or emailing me in advance to inform me leaving me to find somewhere to sleep after traveling on the road for hours

There is no coffee in the room. I wont use Extended Stay Americs again.
