Very dirty kitchen area terrible location won’t ever visit this place again

The bed sheets had stains on it. The shower curtain had mold on it. The pillows were disgusting and on top of that two of them had no pillow cases. There was dirt on the bathroom floor. The hotel like smoke. People were very loud all through the night can hear straight through the walls.

Disgusting The air conditioner wasn’t on in the lobby. It smelled like fish in the hallway. There was a dried up blood stain on one of my pillows, I told the front counter and she brushed it off.

Bad hotel! We would never stay inanother Extended Stay! TV didnt work, no hangers to hang clothes, almost empty toilet paper with no extra roll available, no ice machine, no dishes or pots and pans in kitchen yet there was a stove,fridge and microwave. Advertised a minimal breakfast but there was only coffee available. Bed was comfortable was the only thing that was decent. Noise from I-4 construction was HORRIBLE!4

I really didn't see anything unique about it at the same time i wasn't expecting too much about it, their service is very disappointing since I took my time to make a reservation and paid for it then when I got there tthe front desk tells me there is a problem with my reservation i paid for a room with a king size bed and they only had queen sized available but she'll take care of it , well i didn't get a king size bed but they still changed me for it , definitely not coming back to this place.

The fact that i went there to cancel my reservation and was told that it was handled.come to find out i still was charged and didnt even stay.then they acted like they had no recollection of me coming in to cancel nor did the front desk worker inform me that canceling had to be done online.not a professional establishment at all.
Avoid this location Front desk wasn't customer friendly. Room was full of roaches. Due to no refunds I purchased my own traps & spray for my four day stay.
