I didnt like anything about this property or my stay here. I do know that i will never stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay at this establishment.

I arrived and the front desk was closed. It took me more than 30 minutes to get connected to somebody, then that person had to contact the staff on site to help me check in.

I didn’t stay at wood springs suites I am very angrily writing today because I had been charged (again) as if I had stayed there. I should not have been charged especially since I chose to pay at property and there were no additional fees or anything that insists that if I do not check in I will not be charged. I’m really upset at this money hungry attempt to invade my wallet. Why am I being charged? If I haven’t checked in and I decided not to stay there and I notified the hotel why has my account been defiled?

I book for a week 2 days i was out unsafe it was some foo just parked in the parking lot picking i fight with my husband while walking our dog dog poop everywhere the manager Juan didn't want to approve a refund but thank God expedia work extra hard to get our refund back and theres roaches some of the residents their our nice but like i said its a trap house be very careful
