Terrible Roaches everywhere. Scary, do not recommend.

WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN It was a horrible hotel. Service was unprofessional. Rooms had roaches & when ask to refund or move rooms front desk adviced roaches were out because it was cold. Horrible experiece.

So I normally don’t do reviews but this time I have to do best part of it was all the cockroaches in the room little ones big ones you can name it It was disgusting the room smell like death horrible looked pretty scary I didn’t let my five-year-old be off the bed she was the whole time in the bed because I was so disgusted by the room I really wished I can get my money back for this experience it was a horrible everything else Orlando it’s beautiful the weather was amazing but the hotel experience was the worst thing ever

Insects, roaches in the room, bed was so uncomfortable and cops all the time because of public disturbance

Cuando entré a la pagina indicaba que habia gimnasio, secadora, plancha de ropa pero mada de eso, llamaba al front desk y nadie atiende el telefono, no tenia no una telacion donde pedir delivery de comida
