I didn’t like my room it didn’t look clean and it was not up to date it was like I was in a time Machine
There was a loud noise in the bathroom vent that wouldn't shut off, killed about 6 bugs in the room, didn't have a remote for the TV, no lamp in the room, no coffee maker, and the bathroom smelled VERY strongly like cat urine. We were very unhappy with this room but were too tired to leave and try to find someplace else. We’re not at all picky, but to pay over $180.00 for this was pretty bad.
I checked in, went to my room, immediately found 3 live roaches in the bathroom, kitchen area, and by the bed. I immediately went downstairs and complained, they said there were no other rooms, so I had to check out! Took pictures of everything. Orbitz said the manager has to issue a refund. I am waiting for resolution on this! Gross!!!!!!! Also, there were no free utensils or dishware to use at the property, unlike other places with kitchenettes that provide these basic free amenities. The place needs to have a new supervisor that do he/her work with care…
El cuarto estaba lleno de cucarachas, una asquerosidad increíble.
We were assigned the wrong room and walked on somebody else’s space. Then assigned to another room to only be infested with roaches. Horrible experience.

I felt like I was in a low budget dorm room. Walls were banged up, bed was on a cheap metal frame. Only thing supplied was hand soap so bring your own shampoo.
