They offer overnight check in but do not have a front desk attendant. We were charged for a room we didn’t stay in. Disputing the charge with my bank for refund

took 1.5 hours to get me checked in. front desk was super rude. manager let me stay as long as i wanted after incident after being told next day. VERY awful experience.

The furniture of the room is old. The room had only one soap and no shampoo/ conditioner. The elevator needs maintenance. We arrived around 12 and we had to call with a phone that is in the reception area to do the check in.

Room for roaches We had roaches in our room and instead of helping we were told there was no Rooms available and was expected to stay.

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. Infested with roaches. Don’t go there. There’s roaches everywhere. Elevator, the room you stay and the bed you sleep. It is horrible. The staff can’t help you because the whole building is infested with roaches. You go to have fun, but will come out more stressed and disappointed. Horrible

Awful mattress! The bed is like a roll a way. Awful! Not recommended to stay with a bed which moved kot anchor to the floor!

Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else. Trouble started at check-in. The front desk charged 50% more than the hotels.com stated price. When we showed the lady checking us in the e-mail with the correct amount she said they were a third party site and she couldn’t change the price. She also said I would have to contact hotels.com to get it corrected. I contacted hotels.com who advised me several hours later that they could not get in touch with anyone at the hotel.
