This place was horrible. Bed bugs and roaches. I had to take my luggage to the car. I couldn’t leave my things in the room. Room was cover in pet hair. I couldn’t walk around in socks. My socks was covered in pet hair. I couldn’t even eat a meal in the room. Room was cold couldn’t access the heat available. No het was available. On the last night notice bed bugs. No management was available to address the issues.

Hotel review Staff unhelpful indifferent, and rude. Sink plugged, black hair & dirt on bedspread, pillows uncomfortable. Staff refused to provide additional pillows. Medical condition requires proper neck support, so I suffered the next 2 days. During check in (which had to be called on lobby phone before they came & opened the office) my wife needed to use the restroom, but staff refused to open lobby restroom saying it wasn’t a public restroom, and we’d have to use our 3rd floor room. There are so many cockroaches in the room.

There was a lot of roaches everywhere in the room. The bathroom and the toilet were very dirty.

Outside of the hotel were people doing drugs and sitting around,the front desk gate was closed,had to call the hotel,front desk clerk very rude,only because of airline cancellation and it was the only hotel left did I stay there!
