I liked that you did not have housekeeping entering your room each day, and the rooms were quiet and adequate. Be prepared to bring your own hairdryer, towels, soaps, kitchen items, towels, bath tissue, kleenex, iron, bar soap, and some bug spray. (yes, there were a few roaches) The staff were just not there. I called the phone number and waited, and waited, and waited, and then left. Refund The stay was ok but right now it has been over two weeks I'm waiting on a refund on my service dog which they was not supposed to charge me but they did anyways. Now they said they will refund me and I still have not got a refund. I call twice about this matter now just getting a runaround that's why service is bad review.

Check in was awful, not because of the hotel but because of Travelocity messing up and having to relocate me and my family at 10pm. The front desk clerk was very nice although she was in a tough spot but overall (even though we didn’t actually get to stay there) it appeared to be a nice place.

Reserved this hotel for the weekend only to get there and be told my reservation had been canceled and there was nothing they could do for me. I was literally left stranded in a town I'm unfamiliar with, with no other hotels having any availability. Very disappointed with the experience.

Everything about my night there was horrrible. When I walked in at almost 11pm, the front desk attendant told me the only room Expedia had booked for me was flooded. Then, she went to *check* and said it was fine. The room smell like flooded, it didn’t look ready for a guest. The facility is currently being renovated. The prices were very high for this weekend because of demand, so You would think that they would take that into account for their price. I arrived around 3pm to check in and was told after waiting about ten minutes while the Clerk went back and fourth with another Guest about price that the room wasn't available and that I needed to come back in about an hour.
