Disgusting dirty rooms staff was rude roaches everywhere

Check in. Went in the room and the bed was not make up. Ac unit cover was off. Not again. I need a refund

hallways was smelley and the towels was cheap, bathroom, need replaced

Not happy I’ve stayed here twice before for overnight stays and had no complaints. This time was different I paid for a 2 bedroom room and when I got there they only had 1 beds available. The clerk got me a king size but that wasn’t what I paid for. He did his job but didn’t seem to into it and was very laid back and non responsive. The room smelt pretty musty and couldn’t use the tub cuz the bottom of it was all chipped and piece of paint were peeling off. Room 151 if you need to know. Terrible & cheap room, but nice employees The folks that work for the hotel were kind and nice. However, management seems to be cutting corners on guest comfort to save money. For example: dirty floor, cheap scratchy sheets, cheap toilet paper, weird smell, two pillows (how cheap does a management need to be to only have two pillows?), no in room coffee (how cheap does management have to be to not have an in room coffee maker?), cheap “breakfast”, scratchy cheap towels, no carpeting only cheap linoleum. I will never ever return to this location. It was a really bad experience, first the Air condition do not cool at all, I put in 60 degree and the most can refresh the air was to keep the room at 74 degree. I spoke with the front desk (they supposed send their tech to fixed) the next night was a nightmare.
