Hotel is very dirty and smells very bad worst experience ever

Not-so-good experience My experience was not-so-good. I have stayed in other Extended Stay America hotels and this one is not-so-good compared to them. It seemed like they converted some old cheap motel into Extended Stay America. We booked 3 non-smoking rooms and could smell smoke in one of them. And last but not tge least - no breakfast.

House keeping never came to cleaned the room. The property had a access door right next to the room and that didn’t stop opening and closing ALL night long.

I have been coming to this hotel since 2010 and had no complaints. The last past 4 stays my experience was bad everytime. From unhelpful staff to dirty rooms.i have se t numerous emails with no compensation or even an apology.

This property was old and run down. The uncleanliness started in the lobby and progressively increased as we reached our room. The odor in the lobby and stench in the halls were unbearable. Trash bags sat outside rooms for multiple days. Amenities in room were scarce.

Not clean, very sketchy. We thought about leaving before stepping through the front door. The staff was friendly, but only if you could find them.
