I booked through Hotels.com and extended stay said they do not have room for the booking even though they can see my reservation. Horrible experience

Do not go to this place! The front desk attendant had no idea what he was doing. He put me in a room that was already occupied. If i wasn't so tired, i would have left.

Worst experience ever!! We are coming from Tampa and we want to check in at 3 AM, And we had to wait 25 minutes for them to check us in because the system was resetting, My husband and I were really tired we have been driving for hours! We thought it was going to be a great recommendation but I guess not!! Worst place to stay, no good costumer service!
