Aggravated about whole experience had to run around town because wrong address was given and then when got to right hotel room was not cleaned

First and last time we’ll stay at this hotel. Hotel Overbooked my room and transferred me to a different location. Place was dirty and service wasn’t great.

I arrived after check in time and had to call, but receptionist was very pleasant when she arrived. Room looked clean, but then I saw a cockroach and another bug on the counter. I was so exhausted I didn’t want to deal with changing rooms, I slept on top of the covers. No hair dryer in room. Description said breakfast included, but I was told then only had a coffeee bar. Thank goodness I only needed a room for literally 8 hours, Would never stay here again.

Barking dogs on the property. A used toilet paper roll when I first arrived and a beeping alarm clock in an unoccupied adjacent room during late hours of the evening and not addressed by the staff.

Poor Customer Care There was a woman who worked the desk that was unnecessarily rude. I believe she was the manager. The customer service was well below standard. I was charged fees without being given information about them and disregarded as a client. I’m so glad I only booked two nights and can enjoy my stay elsewhere. I hope extended stay retrains staff and reinforces customer appreciation.

Very abused place and extremely dirty. No amenities no hairdryer. In need of major repairs!!!
