Checked in 1st room was DIRTY then she switched us to another room and it smelled like cat pee sooooooooooooo bad i dont know if id come back to this location

Not the same since Gloria left. Ive stayed here many times. But this time was disappointing. Upon arrival bed had no pillows and there werent that many towels. Room did not have overall clean feel as usual. Faucet in RR low pressure but wouldnt shutoff. Also, i found a bug later. The shower was disgusting w hair that was NOT mine. I also saw a bug in the kitchen cabinet. At 5am therr were employees outside my room talking very very loud. When I went oit they quickly apologozed..But i means why would they think that was ok? Awful experience! We checked out after 1 night when we were supposed to stay for 3. The first room I was in smelled so bad! I went to the desk to get spray and even after spraying the room down real good it still smelled like cat urine. They switched us to another room, half of the stuff was broke. My 15 month old daughter fell through the broken sofa. After that I asked to checkout in the morning, would have checked out that night but I was traveling alone with my daughter and it was late.

Property is out dated. need major renovation ,smell bad, dirty hall way, It was advertised internet is included but just basic internet. I was not able to connect. once i call front desk they were not able to help but promised their tech person will call us. NO ONE called. They said breakfast is included in ad . But just coffee , muffin and granola bar was definition of their Breakfast. sorry bad experience.

Bugs that go bite in the night. Im not allowed to be honest in this review. Apparently I cannot state that there were these bugs that crawl on you at night and bite. They further join you on your next adventure then overtake your home and can cost you thousands of dollars. But that’s what happened to us. Filling a report regarding those pests now! I do not recommend this hotel.

Never go to this hotel we Stayed 2 nights in two diff dates in two diff rooms. Both the rooms are disgusting. No air proper condition , corridor smells dirty, bathrooms are in worst condition.
