Nothing, no TV, no internet, no refund... .....,..........

The property was fine. I booked and paid for a room with a King Bed. When I arrived there were no King beds available and the front desk said that Expedia had bad inventory data. Paid for a King bed but was given a smaller queen bed.

Bugs in the room, the room smelled, and the hotel did also.

This hotels actually stinks as soon as you walk in. The link to the front desk was extremely long. I finally got to my room and with every light i turned on roaches came out. I was so disgusted i left and never came back within 5 minutes. Terrible experience and waste of money.

They did not have a room for me when I arrived.

n be back Unmanned front desk at night, dirty floors, no hot water, cockroach morning greeting, and a breakfast not worth mentioning says it all.

The front desk clerk was rude and indifferent. The first room she gave me had a bed that was not made a, lights were on. Went back to front desk, clerk replied, “ Oh, I guess housekeeping forgot to clean the room”. She said nothing else. Went to another room, floors were sticky. Front desk called the room. Asked, “ is everything ok in the room.” I said floors were sticky, and I am so upset, I could leave.” The reply: You can do that then.” I left the hotel and received a credit on my credit card. I will never stay there.
