I checked in went to the room and it was occupied by someone else . Had to go back down,gave me another room went back up key didn’t work . Mind you I was carrying all of my property. The floor in the room was very sticky and the tub was absolutely disgusting. In the morning house keeping were cleaning rooms and yelling to each other starting at 724am . Ridiculous

The so called continental breakfast was just muffi The so called contintial breakfast was just a dern muffin and coffee WTH. Didn’t even have a ice machine SMDH!! Never again. One and done

I give them one on Bad experience with this hotel because When I made the reservations online Changing from the online two and I got to the hotel and the service a while bad does everything it was terrible

Never Again The service was bad they didn't want to give us clean towels the next day the lady from the front desk on night shift was very disrespectful roaches in the room

Very nasty rooms I had to switch rooms 3 times first room nasty bugs bed not clean second room guest was already in there could have got shoot going in someone else room last room on the floor dog shirt no hot water tub stop up had to call many times sad

Hotel room was absolutely filthy. Room stunk of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Check in staff was friendly, but room was horrible.

I found two roaches in my room. There was also tissue in my peep hole, and mold in the bathtub! When I tried to check out, the staff person was asleep in one of the guest rooms. This hotel was disgusting, the service was terrible, and I will never go back again nor would i ever recommend this property to anyone.
