Non smoking room - horrible smoke smell. No open rooms to move to. Staff was nice, but unable to accommodate us in a new room. Ended up moving hotels at our cost.

No customer consideration It started out ok then due to the staff failure to lock the doors I was robbed and hit with a gun and told u still had to pay and it’s on camera

Hotel pics is way different than actual hotel No one was at the front desk for at least 15 minutes after I walked in. Nice guy. Pedro. He was auditing something. First time I went to the room, the key cards didn’t work. Had to find Pedro again. Room was fine until... the visitors showed. Roaches...in my room on the 2nd floor. Breakfast consisted of a cart in the first floor hallway with packets of Oatmeal, breakfast bars and not much to drink. Almost as if it was forgotten and left in the hallway.

There should be a real breakfast like oj, apple juice ect alot of ppl dont drink coffee,that would like other drinks with there muffin ,they as hould have like milk, cereal.... Also we had a rate for our stay and i got a enail stating that the hotel rate increased you guys are a thief . We want a refund

NEVER AGAIN The area was horrible, we had no shower curtain, the fridge was dented up, the stove was dirty , the bed rolled around and there were little bugs on the counter tops and in the microwave. NEVER AGAIN
