Roach Hotel Horrible Hotel. My associate saw roaches everywhere.

Got there about midnight. Room was full of roaches. Called staff to change rooms but hotel was full. Spent the next 20 minutes killing the dozens of roaches. Wife was grossed out.

Worst extended-stay I have ever stayed at!! Hotel was extremely dirty. Pull out couch was absolutely disgusting mattress and food dirt dust everything caked on it and under it. Bed sheets were dirty and had to have them change them. No dishes no silverware in The room like there is supposed to be and wanted a deposit to use them. Do not stay at this

Smelly and the The smell in the north wing hallway on the third floor is awful, fortunately it did not carry into the room. Room itself was decent except for the bed. Hard springs, very noisy. Just a very cheap and uncomfortable bed. Stayed here before and it wasn't as bad. Staff wasn't very helpful, they are always very hard to reach after 10pm if you are checking in late. The worse place I ever stayed It was horrible never clean the room I got a bad rash on my chest the room didn’t smell good horrible hated

Terrible place and location Upon arrival, 11:00pm, no one was at the front desk. We had to call customer service number. The phone rep reached out to the receptionist who apparently was sleeping. The bathroom had mold. Place was also really expensive for what they provided. They don’t clean your room unless you pay an extra $10 per day.

Breakfast bar was pathetic. Room smelled. Staff didnt care. Paid almost $500 for 2 nites. Wish i could get my money back.

Worst stay ever I requested a room with two queen beds and only received one with a king size bed with a sofa bed, when I definitely didn’t want two have two people on the sofa bed. Also, the whole floor smelled like cigarettes when it was suppose to be a non smoking floor! Definitely never staying on any Extended Stay America!!
