Good location but not good staff. I reserved a suite and I didn't the staff. I needed blankets and I had to wait for 1 1/2 hr to get them . I asked for utensils and I was told by one staff that they didn't have any. Yet I asked someone else and I was told that they do have. I just had to request it. Also, the A/C wasn't working good. I couldn't sleep that night because the people next door where making a lot of noise. The office staff had an attitude and not helpful.

non sufficiente wi-fi sempre staccato. stanza odorava di fumo di sigarette. colazione ridicola in piedi in un corridoio con solo brioche confezionate. il top non hanno rifatto la Camera dicendo che era un servizio extra che però non era richiesto quando ho prenotato su Esperia. Non ci tornerò mai più

Never again Housekeeping would knock on everyone's doors starting at 7:30 am. Between people coming in late, barking dogs, uncomfortable beds, and noisy appliances going on and off I barely slept at all. I'm exhausted.

Bad service I will never stay there again

OVER CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT This hotel charged my bank account 3 times for one night stay, leaving my bank account without money, my husband cut his finger with the door of the hotel entrance that was missing part of the handle in both doors. I also made a reservation for my cousin for a free smoking room, and they gave him a room with cigarette smell. I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Hotel under renovation Renovation noises and some small debris on hallway floor -interuption of services - no workstation in room - cooking and eating equipment not in room has to be requested

Hotel doesn't enforce the rules They have a sign in the lobby that this is a no smoking facility. Guest on both sides of me were smoking. This made it unbearable to stay. I checked out and the hotel said they couldn't cancel my reservations that i had to get with Expedia since it was booked through a third party. Expedia got me a refund for only one of the days instead of a full refund. Not very happy with the hotel or the clout that Expedia has when you are unhappy with your booking.

BAD BUSINESS A/C didn't work and they brought us a fan in saying hotel was full and couldn't move...we left hotel early around 5am and call back to speak to manager name Wolf and both properties kept giving me the run around...the staff that brought us the fan Maria told us she would leave them a note that our air wasn't working and said they need to credit you guys for this...but guess note never got left...cause no one has contact is yet....BAD BUSINESS

Hurricane Matthew Disaster We got to the hotel during Hurricane Master and was immediately met by a full hotel. Customers with wet animals and smoking directly outside of the door, smoking in their rooms, so smoke was coming through the vents. The bed was crumbled and made you feel uncomfortable about the linen. We will not pick this hotel, again, glad to be back home.
