Blanket smelled like Urine. Air conditioner was not cool. Was not offered new towels. TV channels went out.

Without housekeeping That hotel doesn't have housekeeping service when you have a reservation less 8 days. Terrible! And I didnt know that.

Roach, roach & then some! This place is roach infested.. Whether the were on or off the critters were on stove top + counters of kitchenette as well as in the bathroom. If we didn't check in late evening/nighttime, we certainly wouldn't have stayed there. I'm sure they knew about it too because there were too many roaches to be missed by the cleaners or maintenance.

The hotel had baby roaches and the rooms had a bad smell.

Rm smells - broken car glass theft in hotels lot Not recommended, room smells - staff says if any problem in room sir you can go to another hotel no problem - r u kidding me PLS AVOID at any cost, cherry on top after I checked out I found out my car and other 13 cars parked in my lane were all broken into. I wouldn't even go to this hotel for free!

I was told I could check in at 3 but the room wasn't ready until 4. The continental breakfast was very unsatisfactory.

Dåligt då rummet inte städades. Fick till svar att bodde man flera nätter städade de var fjärde dag. Frukosten var kaffe o en choklad muffins. Urdåligt när det ståt kontinental frukost

Worst Hotel The worst hotel ever. Customer Service horrible. Air conditioner did not work. Charge extra to have them do the beds in the morning. Guests must bring dirty towels to front desk in the morning to have clean ones they will not change them.

I stayed for six nights and the first night the noise was too loud on the first floor in front of the lobby and there were a ton of ants coming out of the sinks in the room. The second room I was offered had a horrible smell that would not go away it and there were a roach inside of the bathtub. The keys deactivate easily and there is no available staff after a certain time so you have to call someone for assistance.
