Not great Smelly hotel, my nonsmoking room smelled like smoke

We apologize that your non-smoking room had a smoke odor. We have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean to remove the smell. Also, our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day so we would have been happy to move you to another room if you had alerted us. This was horrible service we got to the hotel to check in and the type of room I reserved was given to someone else and I called earlier during the day to say I would be checking in late. The front desk clerk was rude and nasty and basically told me this was a business and she only had a queen room available when I reserved a deluxe studio with a sofa bed. Did my reservation at 11pm , was super tired ; got to the hotel at 1am , had to wait almost 50 minutes on the lobby while” the hotel finishes updating “ wth ,

Très spécial Préférez plutôt un autre hôtel, a moins que le prix soit le seul critère! Disposant d'une cuisine, mais vide de tout équipement, très bruyant, frigidaire hors d'age, faisant encore plus de bruit que la clim, mais pas plus efficace qu'elle. Salle de bains avec seulement l'embase du sèche cheveux, petit déjeuner qui ne peut même pas en porter le nom : deux cafetières dont une vide, et quelques barres énergétiques au fruits sec pour tout l’hôtel. De plus loin de tout et du reste si le menu ne vous convient pas.

The hotel and rooms stunk The common areas and rooms where dirty. The hallways smelled like dog urine and marijuana. I would never stay at an extended stay again.

Horrible and Dirty hotel The room was horrible and dirty. I have never stayed in a hotel as disgusting as this. I checked out early, and am disgusted at the cost they were charging. Their continental breakfast was nothing more than coffee and granola bars. Don’t recommend booking.

Not good at all... I’ve stayed at several Extended Stay hotels at different locations. This hotel was the worst thus far. The staff were ok, the room was not comfy to me at all. The room needs to be updated, a roach was in the shower, AC was not cold at all, the kitchen needs to be done over, and I could go on. While headed to my room, there was a smell of marijuana coming from a room. My kids were complaining the entire time that we were there. I will never stay at this location ever again. Hotel Room was small, the room was not cleaned after leaving for a whole day. The breakfast food was limited, even thought there is a kitchen in the room I think I could do better with the food for breakfast

Water logging in the closet and bathroom In the middle of the might, there was water logging in the closet and in the bathroom. In the description, it was mentioned there will be free continental breakfast but there was grab and go breakfast. After 11pm, there in no staff assistance in the room. You have to go to the front desk. I was very disappointed with this extended stay.
