Bitten by bugs It's advertised that the rooms are newly renovated, although they don't appear to be, aside from the smell of paint. I was bitten in multiple places on my body while sleeping here. Evening staff was not very friendly or welcoming, they seemed to be bothered by the presence of guest. Would not recommend.

Do not stay When my husband and I arrived at our room; the bed was not made, the floor was dirty and there was ants crawling on the counter. We were moved to another room that appeared and smelled much cleaner. While getting ready for bed in our second room; my husband opened the closet and found a huge amount of garbage (beer bottles, food, clothes) just left. Hotel room and bathrooms in bad condition Wet carpet on check-in in room, toilet was not clean and stinks. Foul smell in rooms. Kitchen crockery was not provided on time. No clarity of services in lobby. Beverage/drinks kiosk was not working.

Terrible, Hotel undergoing construction, Hotels.com price 40% more than the price people pay on the counter, Fridge no working properly, noisy air-conditioner

So disappointed with this place! I was very disappointed with this hotel! It looked really nice in the pictures, which must have been taken a while back. The building was very old and run down and it was a terrible location and neighborhood. The workers there would rather be doing anything else than helping customers. There was no ice machines at all. The hallways smelled of marijuana. The walls were so thin, I could hear the people next door sneezing! The only thing nice about this hotel was having a large refrigerator and ... read more

Filthy hotel Worst ever Dirty and smelly room Hot breakfast terrible

When we got to the room, there were no towels. I made a call to the front desk and we had them in about 5 minutes. The air condition in our room was not working. It sounded like a train was going through our room when I turned it on. It was hot and I don't think it got below 80 all night. I don't know who our neighbors were but around 1 in the morning someone was having a party above or next to us. Hitting the wall over and over. Jumping. Loud. Screaming down the hall. Close to Orlando airport NO MAID SERVICE, Pool was filthy, Grab & go breakfast... NOT AS PICTURED ON WEBSITE!! WE turned the air conditioner off & it smelt like unit was burning, smoke alarms started sounding!! We got our money back for the rest of the week & went to a different hotel for the rest of our stay! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
