Was there for almost an hour and they couldn’t find my reservation. They didn’t hold my room and was sold out which left me with a very bad headache and a very bad attitude.

Worst bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was the cheapest and worst food.

At the start we went into the wrong extended stay America which was actually nicer than the one we were staying in. As it turns out it’s directly behind that building. The lobby area is dirty with broken tiles and two seat one of which is broken. The whole building is also very dim with dark red, green and black colors. While waiting in line to check in almost everyone in line had a problem or complaints. Supposedly there weren’t enough rooms. They were also trying to fix the elevator which was broken. The front desk staff was wonderful. There are two separate properties at this location that are both Extended Stay hotels. the one I was in was behind the street facing property. That property had a pool, a nicer breakfast with more options. My property did not have a pool, my room phone did not work, the shower water was hard to turn on, there was a single half empty bottle of shampoo.
