Terrible service We call three times to said that I checked in late. All the persons said that is OK but I received a call cancel my reservation just as is. When I trying to look for alternatives the hotel representative just hang up the phone. Also they told me that any reservation trough Hotels.com is NOT granted.

Roaches is everywhere and smelly funny in the hall. Towels you have to bring it to front desk and front desk will wash it for you .

Room and Bathroom old and worn out. Also they stated there was breakfast included. It was granola bars and a muffin. Very disappointed in this stay.

The property was awful!!! The cleanliness of the room was awful!! some sticky things was attached to the wall...uugh! there were spider's web as well! Gum has hardened and stuck to the wardrobe. The most awful experience I ever had. there was no hair dryer in the room and when I asked them they said they are running out of it. They also do not have a same room to keep you luggage if you arrive soon!

Spots in the carpet. Mold in the fridge, pee spots on the toilet when I walked in. Yellow tanned towels. Bed sheet smelling

Upon check in the place smelled TERRIBLE, the manager checked us in, warned us hot water was out for the night and would be back on in the morning, she was polite.
