I wouldn't go back The staff was friendly, but the hotel was dirty. The smell of the overall hotel was bad and the smell of my room in particular was almost unbearable. The bathtub leaked, the onsite laundry the credit card readers were never hooked up and the hotel didn't have change for the machines. No laundry soap available for purchase... I knew I wasn't staying in a 5 star hotel when I booked this, but for basic accomodations I would never go back. I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and have liked them alot..... read more

El desayuno consistía solo de cupcake y café. El baño del cuarto se tapó y no lo arreglaron. No fueron a limpiar el cuarto, de haber ido se habrían dado cuenta. Intentamos utilizar el baño del lobby y estaba fuera de servicio.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I could not stay the night there. Plus I was WAY overcharged. It was advertised as $70 yet I paid upwards of $113 a room BEFORE taxes and fees.

Un fiasco No hubo servicio de mucama! Nadie nos avisó previamente. Estuvimos 7 días y jamás nos hicieron la habitación. El desayuno eran barras de cereales y muffins envasados (no lo usamos) La atención de recepción totalmente irregular, con recepcionistas atentos y otros que ni siquiera salían al mostrador al ser llamados .

The hotel was not good because of the people staying there as well as the cleanliness. I get disappointed from the front desk to the room. The carpet, the bed, the kitchen all seemed so bad. It was not worth the price at all. Luckily the staff was working, Lori, was more than accommodating and helped me cancel my reservation and provided a full refund.

This is by far one of the worst hotels that I have stayed at. The rooms had red stains on the carpet and the curtain. It smelled terrible like cigarettes and maujiana. It was the worst experience I have had.
