I stayed one night and left with a shoulder and back full of bug bites and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room “appeared” clean, but there are clearly issues!

I like because it was near work I don't like one exit elevator not working no breakfast way over price for minimal of service

molding falling off wall lights with bare wires not working correctly small beds closets in dis repair / with cheap shelving elevator in disrepair lack of handicap parking and access to building

stay elsewhere hotel looks good from outside but that's it. Don't go inside stay somewhere else.

The room itself was not very clean, carpets had some stains on them, the shower curtains were broken so, the curtains were hanging down lower than normal. The drain in the shower was rusty and broken. The ambience was unwelcoming, the hallways were very dark. The staff was nice and as helpful as they could be. Thank you staff!! Overall, less than mediocre experience. However, nothing that can’t be improved. Hopefully the company sees this.
