Bob Everything was dirty. Hair on beds and towels. People working on vehicles in the parking lot. Some employees not wearing masks. Not requiring customers to wear masks. Web site stated grab and go breakfast. I was told it was temporarily discontinued. I think management are using Covid 19 as an excuse to cut corners. I will never book a stay at any of these facilities.

My stay Elevator was broke. Vending machines broke. Stafff was never present at dest but were very nice when i did see them.

Night employee sleeping on the job I walked in shortly after 11pm to check for a room. Nobody was behind the front desk as I called out for assistance. I assumed the front desk employee was away walking the property so I sat in one of the chairs in the lobby. disappointed, request refund for one night stay I selected the hotel from the website, upon arrival and one day stay I am greatly disappointed. I stayed in 304, hotel clerk was no friendly, asked redundant personal questions, all of my personal information entered during online registration. There are no amenities, no blow dryer, no coffee maker, only tiny bathsoap, the bath towels were still damp, musty, furnitures were old, scrapped, a lot of scratches, no continental breakfast in the morning and overall disappointment. This is by far the worse hotel I ever stayed in the beds feel like your literally laying on a pile of bricks, the stove is so stained and rusty I refused to use it, the tv is out dated with incorrect tv channels and shows are blurry had to watch our car DVD players. The faculty had police fire fighters and paramedics called the 1st 20 min we checked for an issue, and not to mention it’s a lot of traffic running in out of that faculty it seems very unsafe I would not recommend this hotel and I would never stay at another exte... read more
