Last minute thing was driving from oklahoma to sacramento stayed in phoenix wanted to stay here because 3 years ago i did but its gone down rooma smelled and when i went to restroom at night big roach was walking under sink

Worst customer service ever. I did a book now Pay later stay so at checkout it was $0 I had gotten really sick with covid 2 days before travel and thinking because I did the book now pay later I wouldn’t be charged since we weren’t going to travel. After reviewing my account I was charged for a night and told they couldn’t do anything about it even though I never stepped foot on the property. Vary poor management that I spoke with two times.

I rented this room for my nephew for one night. He said they were unable to stay at all because they were told the room had bed bugs and there were no rooms available. I am requesting a refund. The staff said they would refund the payment but as of now - 4/10/2021 - they have not.

The noise was continuous throughout the night. From dogs barking and loud conversations it was hard to rest.

I did not like anything dirty , staff did not wear mask,no hair dryer in the rooms ,horrible that I was not awake enough to see the room and how dirty it was I picked this motel because was 2 minutes from my granddaughter house I will not stay there again ... the general manager did give me a full refund which I greatly appreciate

Staff not very helpful or friendly. While the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean enough, the rest of the room was not. The floors in particular were disgusting. Sticky, stained and not swept, debris under tables and bed.

I liked nothing about this hotel. Got there at 3 for check in waited till 5 before i had a room. They said they didn't have any ready they were being cleaned. Then i over hear them saying that they don't have bed sheets for the beds. So was hoping that i got clean sheets when i did get a room. Room looked dirty smelled funny also. Went and got a bottle of lysol and used almost all of the can. Would have left to a different hotel but spring training was in town so no other hotels were available.
