Bad employees I walked in after a late trip and the man at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when he finally did, the first thing ever said was ‘we dont have any rooms but how can I help you?’ I then said, ‘I just booked the last available room online about 30 minutes ago can you please check again?’ After mumbling a bunch of nonsense about how I managed to get the last room he finally got me the room key. Worst Extended Stay in AZ 3rd time in a row booked room online and and once get to check in “paul” at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spend half my nights of the month in hotels all over the valley, 90% of the are Extended Stays, first 2 I ended up cancelling my reservation and going elsewhere. Clogged Tub Tub was clogged and the cleanliness was not great..And there were bugs in the tub..

I didn't like the smell of the room. It smelled like old oil had been used for cooking. The towels were thin & thread barren. The amenities in the room were lacking. I will not be staying here in the future.

Extremely poor customer service I called ahead to say I was coming in late and the front desk said that wouldn’t be a problem. When I got there I was greeted with, “we do t have any rooms. It doesn’t matter if you have a reservation, we don’t have any rooms”.
