Made a reservation through hotels.com and then we got there. They said they were all booked and it’s too bad for us.

People hang out in parking lot at all times, making me feel uncomfortable. Not sure if they were druggies or whatever.

It was my first time to stay at Extended Stay, and this will also be my last. I found a cockroach flying across the room and I had smashed it with my shoe to get rid of it. The property is old and it smells.

Get rid of the slumbs and clean the rooms better. The room needed to be cleaned. Right when you walked first was a really bad smell and coffee on the counter where someone spilled. Then all of the counter tops were dirty. Floor needed swept. People at the front desk were rude besides the younger girl who checked me out she was nice. There was drug deals going on in the parking lot.
