Our room smelled like cigarettes and weed. There is dog feces all over the property. We got an extended stay on purpose to use the kitchen but there were no utentiles, or anything to cook with. They didn't even have that at the front desk. No tea or coffee in the room. No shampoo either. We complained and they refused to refund us the money.

I wasn't impressed. That was my first time at an extended stay. I'm glad it was only one night. The gal at the front desk was great, but I won't ever stay at another one.

Room was really dirty and with a bad smell, like smoke of cigarettes or something else, restroom light won't even turn on, mold on floors, even cockroaches... Worst experience ever

“Meh” of a place it was clean, but there’s never anyone at the desk, and they’re honestly rude.

I made reservations prior to arriving. Office was closed when i arrived to check in. 15 mins later after waiting I told the room I reserved was no longer available and the only room they had left was a room with a npn working television. It was 10p.m at night so I didn't mind. I was tired and had to work the following morning at 5 a.m. I finally was all checked in and went to sleep the following morning i woke up for work to no running water!
