I arrived at 3pm, when check in starts, I had reservations, and requested non smoking room. I was told no more non smoking rooms left, I was given a smoking room on a smoking floor. The room smelled terrible, I bought some room freshener and disinfectant wipes, and I was able to make it through the night.

DO NOT STAY HERE I was booked for a week on business. I requested a Non-smoking room due to my asthma. Instead I was given a smoking room which reeked of constant smoke. My work attire and hair smelled like cigarettes. The sheets were dirty and my two requests to have them changed were ignored. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the dirty light switched, dirty door knobs, and dirty toilet seat. I paid the hotel to clean the room. dirty boarding house Room was filthy. Black hand prints on the wall above the shower. Drip marks on the walls. Drip marks of filth on the walls in the kitchen areas. Looked like mold in the microwave. Dirt in the corners of the room, carpet should have been removed years ago. big stains all over the room. Fan in the bathroom was clogged with a gray lint? It was the most horrible experience we as a family experienced, we booked it for my son is going to the military and my youngest son had an asthma attack bcz of the smokers smoking in the suites the room was penetrated with smokers, I went down stairs to the reception area to report it to the receptionist and asked him if he can move us and He said he try, I told him my son has asthma and the other people in the other rooms are smoking and it’s penetrating into our room!!!! Could not sleep as the sound of the cars came through the single pain windows all night.

Springwood Suites Room had zero amenities. Requested new sheet set as sheets dirty on arrival. Bed was reasonably comfortable and appliances, plumbing, etc in good working condition. Area was questionable and would not return.

Room smelled like an ash trey. Very scary area. Used blanket from my truck to sleep above the covers

This was the worst motel that i have every seen.The bed sheets were not clean or changed. I was told by staff to change them myself, he couldn't do housekeeping was gone for the day. Had to find new hotel at 1:00 in morning.

Find a different place to stay. Not good.... the room smelled of tobacco smoke even thought we requested a non-smoking room. The kitchenette had nothing. No silverware, glasses,dishes, pots, pans, nothing. The refrigerator/freezer did not work. We didn’t realize that until our food spoiled. We reported it to the manager on duty and receive an apathetic response. No easy access. Bad location. I honestly to to say something positive but I can’t. Sorry.
