Sketchy neighborhood, bad service The service was terrible. No one was friendly or even really helpful. The attendant was foul and gave me a room with people already occupying the room. When I went to tell him about it and get an empty room, he behaved as though I was either lying or that somehow this mix up was my fault. I asked for a refund but he then somehow magically found an empty room for me in his otherwise “totally booked” hotel. Dear Guest. Want to apologize for the rude behavior of our attendant first off and for the mix up in the room assignment. In regards to amenities as an extended stay hotel we operate slightly differently. We provide the basics. We find that our guests that are staying longer prefer to provide the own shampoo, cooking utensils, hair dryers etc.
Stay away if you're smart I felt like I was in a prison. I was handed a stack of rules, had to wait 15 minutes to check in and was charged for twice for my room. Terrible.

Rude and put off by desk clerk. When I got to the motel last night to check in the guy at the desk was very rude and seemed bothered that I was there. First of all I asked him if they had a luggage cart. He said yes we do. I said may i use it? He replied yeah whenever they're done with it. Our terms and conditions which is located on expedia's site clearly specifies that we require a 48 hour advance deposit on credit card for the reservation to be held beyond 3pm on your arrival date. we typically email or call when expedia is provided and provides us with your contact details.
Had to wait til 4pm to ck in room wasn't ready
