Plumbing was horrible, sewage was coming UP in sin HORRIBLE I had to use the plunger in the kitchen and bathroom

It was like a prison When I first arrived at 3pm the front desk person was rude. I told that I had a reservation and he told me that no rooms were available and that I would have to wait.I finally got a room but in the meantime i notice the c clientele was a lot of families it almost felt like a homeless shelter. Once I checked in i informed the desk that i would be having a visitor the person then told me they would have to sign at the front and sign out when they left. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

Unhappy The room was not clean and there was activities happening all through the night. For the price I paid for one night; it was not worth the price,

They think they are gods and can do whatever they staff was super rude when I was trying to book another night over the phone and told me that they were full and I cannot rebook my room again. And when I first got there they said their rooms were full and booked and we checked on hotels.com and was able to reserve a room so I think that the staff just tells people that when they don't want to do their job. Do not stay here! Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. If it hadn't been so late and I wasn't so tired I would have left. Terrible local and area of town.

The guy at the front desk didnt answer the phone when i tried to check in after hours(it was oonly 8pm) so i had to call again and it rang through o an offsite answering service who then had to call him.. It took him10 more minutes to open the window and was rude when he did. He never even told me our room number. I had to look at my paperwork figure it out myself. Then the room was equipped a kitchenette but no plates cups or silverware. That cost extra. The wifi was only free for one device. And it cost extra to get clean ... read more

Make sure you conceal. stay away! Horrible! had people trying to fight me because they said I was looking in their direction as I was pulling my bags out of the car. people just standing around the vending machine, seem to be extremely Shady, at all times of the day. Road noise is extremely high, it's literally off the on-ramp the freeway. would never feel safe here with my family or one of my other employees.

The Bed Bugs will love you here Bed Bugs thrive here. I must have 20 bites on my body from them. This hotel is run down. Not recommended unless you are desperate to sleep. Cheap tho !
