Didn' t have disabilty acesse.Bathroom was too small for my wheelchair ..walls were bare no pictures .no maintaince or housekeeping.the tollet had water running all the time. The manager refused to fix .said everyroom had same problem...get what you pay for ..rates are better then most!!

Creepy Service was poor, only 2 doors to get in and area was scary, lots of long stay residents. Not good. Only good thing the rooms were pretty clean and beds fairly comfortable. Though the plastic protector underneath the sheets is disconcerting. Nope will not stay again.

This was our 3rd time in Phoenix. In might have been our fault as we booked late. 1st impression we checked in at 3 o'clock, the place was all right, outside area was quiet. We go into a Room, it smells a lot like Clorox. I mean it seemed as if they just drowned the place in Clorox instead of actually cleaning it? I don't know of that make sense. The shower had a hairnet, which who knows how long it had been there. I And I'm glad I did, the towels looked old. There is no smoking on the contract bet the 2nd floor was hideous ... read more

My reservation was. Canceled and was never told I ever spoke with 4 different customer service reps and not 1 told me when calling hotel to check in

Water turned off to my room twice! I travels from Delaware to Phoenix but my home was ready when I made it to Phoenix so I stayed here for one night to get some sleep and shower. The receptionist was completely rude and they turned off my water two hours before check out. I called the office and they turned it back quickly but when I got into the shower, the water was turned off for the 2nd time. Unfortunately we experienced a pipe break while installing new kitichenette counter tops that required the water to be turned off on the entire property. Unexpected things occur that are out of our control. We do hope that you will give us another try once the renovation is completed.
