The people at the front desk were awesome. The room was okay. It worked for our needs. There were dogs in the room next door that would start barking and/or howling EARLY in the morning that was very annoying. We talked to the front desk and it was taken care of for one night at least.

Whole building smells of pot. Complained about shower not working and ac . Never fixed either. David at front desk has a major attitude and is very rude. Roaches in cabinets just a very miserable stay

Bad neighborhood. poorly ran they canceled my reservation without contacting me and told me they have no more rooms available. when I said there must be a mistake, because I have the confirmation email, but no cancelation email he said he could send me that email now. thanks for the help. the place looked too dumpy anyway. looks like a lot of vagrants hang out there. turned out to be a blessing in disguise

I am sorry that your reservation was cancelled. Reservations are normally cancelled because the credit card to guarantee the reservation has declined. We make every effort to contact the guest by phone and email as well as through expedia. However there are times when guests do not provide emails or contact information in their expedia reservations. Reservations that are not guaranteed are held until 3pm local hotel time at which point they are cancelled.
Location is central Hotel was very dirty,halls were not vacuumed,garbage laying around the grounds and the room was dirty. There was cigarette ash in the toilet with the cleaning liquid that hadn't been flushed at cleaning and burn marks in a non smoking room. Obviously the maid was smoking as she worked,and one was in the elevator with a cigarette in her hand,not lit but why would she have one while working. Worse place I ever seen The door wouldn't even stay closed. Filthy place do not stay here. I wouldn't let my dog stay in the room with the roaches.

Do not stay here The hotel was filled with drug addicts and prostitutes. You couldn’t walk in the door without someone asking for money. I did not feel safe so I left the same day.
