Rip off. there was an issue of how the internet worked. My son got upset and was told to leave. Even the reservation was for 9 nights and he didn't even get to stay the first night, they would not refund any of the money. 8 nights of the stay should have been refunded since he was not allowed to use them. Also Hotels.com would not even answer the phone any of my several calls about this. Very poor service.

Customer Service; thumbs down! We were highly inconvenienced by a fire caused by a resident; which caused flooding to our room. We were forced to evacuate around 1AM and we ended up sleeping in our vehicle because we werent allowed to enter the building again till almost 5AM. We understand accidents happen; however we were NOT compensated for the night we had already paid for in advance. Air Scrubbers, which remove smoke, moisture and other containments from the air were placed in rooms effected by water and/or smoke to prevent damage to both guest and hotel property. Again we apologize for the inconvenience but are thankful that all guests were safe.

Sickeningly disgusting Absolutely filthy. Dog urine on floor, same spot for 3 days Loud in middle of the night. Never again Oh and the desk clerk is a joke Made 4 people stand in lobby for 15minutes while he finished his lunch This place is not for people looking to have a comfortable and restful sleep, this is where people go to live like homeless animals

The hotel staff weren’t present on arrival and had to wait 15 minutes after calling for them to arrive. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The beds were fine but the pillows were terrible.
