Trashy hotel with dogs that pee on the elevator!! Mold and spores on bathroom ceiling. Dogs pee on elevator. Smoking by nonsmoking rooms. Thugs hanging in parking lot by trash can. Room 227

The room smelled like something I cannot describe. I wore white Sox only in the room and they were black from the dirt on the room. We witnessed drug deals outside the back door. THere were prositutes operating out of the hotel and the back hotel door was slammed closed at all hours of the night. I would never stay at this property again.

Not a nice play to stay I did not stay at the hotel. Checked in and went to the room. Had a bad odor. Went to front desk and asked to cancel my stay. Was told no refund since I already signed the paperwork. Called hotels.com and my credit card company. Hotels.com called the hotel to talk to the manager. The hotel said manager wasn't there. The manager was in the office at that time.

Cheap stay, dissatisfied I use to stay here when in Arizona. Very skimpy accommodations, what you would expect for the price. But now, the owners have let this place go down in the dumps. Next vacation we will definitely not be staying here. The floor tile in the bathroom was all coming up. The toilet was absolutely filthy. The shower would not drain properly, leaving it a mess with every shower that we took. When going out side of our room, into the hallway, we would be indetated with cigarette smoke. Price was a deal .....but Found accommodations acceptable but location was difficult and generally found it strange. Not my customary place to stay.

Poor management The staff was nice but the GM is not. If you have an animal I would not recommend staying here. The GM would not let my ESA stay with me so I could not myself. The GM was very unprofessional and unpleasant and refused to refund my money to me when I could not stay there.

Awful Hotel!! Hotel was awful! Did not stay. Left and stayed in a different hotel. Employee David was rude not at all friendly or helpful.
