Skip this hotel I was looking forward to staying here so i was pleased when i booked it through orbitz. When i went to check in i was informed i needed to have a debit card. Im a cash kind of person so i was unable to stay. And guy at front desk was very rude about it. Maybe they should update terms on web.. Thumb's down for this place..

" You could'nt pay me to stay again" Roaches... Room on 3rd floor and the only elevator was broken 3 times while I was there. Checked out 3 days early and was told I could not get a partial refund.

Bates Motel Horrible, homeless people everywhere . Front desk is rude. Rooms were dirty. Checked out early because we couldn't take the smell of cigarettes in the whole place. This is a dump. You get what you pay for that's for sure. Oh, and I forgot to mention the blood stains around the tub. Beggars outside the main entrance.

Right off freeway - riff raf and cops everywhere - Daily inspections - managers knocking on door - threw me out 4 nights remaining on my special - said I "drew too much attention" Constant Police activity - constant interruptive inspections from Manager- NO front desk staff - and very very difficult to deal with

Just Say NOOOOOO! At check in we were presented with a dirty room with blood spatter in the bathroom and dirty refrigerator and unclean sheets. I asked for room to be cleaned and was told there was no housekeeping on staff at 5 pm. the man at the front desk offered me three other rooms in worse condition than the first. We immediately checked back out.
