Dirty Had no choice but to be in Smoking room as assigned by manager, even though pre-booked Non Smoking. 4th floor room but elevator broke, fixed by next day. On duty guy was clearly biting his tongue and trying to be polite when we were upset, as clearly he had had so many complaints. The room's furniture wasn't too bad but it was just filthy, only thing done was beds changed and towels, otherwise dirty.
Don't Get Sick I book the room for a week and was kicked out for calling 911 after the second night. They wouldn't return any of my money and said I couldn't stay any longer because I was inconveniencing the front desk. I was not happy and was out almost 300 dollars.
Upon checking in the guy was very rude. I had just gotten off work and was told "next time be here before 10pm".
Very rough location No staff on site between 8pm and 8 am Just did not feel safe
Sorry to say but never seen so many street people sneaking through front back side doors . one weeks stay worst place on my life. 72 yes old and venturer to speak the truth. Unsafe ,horrible experience .
Worst experience Total nightmare. From the time of check in until we left.. .
