awful place I can not believe how rude and inconsistent the manager is
Umm never agaon I checked in after 8 pm and front desk was closed so talked to reservation desk and the manager was going to check me in . He was rude , didn't acknowledge me waiting to check in for over 30 mins and basically three my I'd and cc back at me .

Never Recomend to anyone!!! This place should not be on the regular hotel.com. It should clearly state that it is an EXTENDED STAY HOTEL. The experience was horrible to say the least!! I paid $80+ and had to dicard my own trash!!! No coffee or continental breakfast!!! No extras in Bathroom, shampoo, etc!! Horrible!!!

Bring Your Own Pillows, pots, utensils and tissue Hotel does not provide common amenities. my stay for for 7+ days and I was told if I wanted new towels I would have to pay for the service, if I wanted pots, pans and spoons I would have to buy them from the hotel - who would do that. When I leave I am getting on a plane and not bringing pots and pans to my home when I already have them. What is the point of offering a Kitchenette if you don't provide the means to utilize it. Worst night stay ever (5 nights) The office has very limited hours so if you are like me working at the convention center from 10a to 8 pm each day, you will miss the office hours because they open after I leave and closed when I come home. If you call the 500# for assistance you will be charged $10 for assistance. You do not get anything useful like dishes or paper towels like you would at any other brand of extended stay. Very minimal amenities Advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen. Actually, it's not equipped at all unless you pay extra. Only one small bar of soap in the bathroom. And the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I won't stay there again.

No amenities, very pathetic room. Got stuck on the smoking floor, whole floor smelled. No lamps in the room over head lighting only. No curtains in the room. We got in late wanted to sleep in, but the sun was shining in our room at first light. I'll never stay here again

Worse place I have ever stayed in. We had expected a lot different based on advertisement. We had to sign in like we were in a prison with lots of rules. Found out they are not enforced. Pot smoking in rooms. Dogs in rooms. People letting non registered guests into the building. Repairing of vehicles in the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel?????? to anyone.
