Poor customer service, strong bad odor inside halls and room, trash outside parking area

We were supposed to stay the week. Stayed overnight and checked out. Floors dirty, garbage left in rooms, no coffee maker, no common area we could sit and talk. The last straw was bug I found in the morning, They happily refunded us and we stayed some where else

No pillows most uncomfortable bed ever

At the entrance was like going into a very secured area, like a prision or something, the lady behind the shielded glass the anothe door to go into the facility or the rooms, is more like apartments, studios or something like that but not like a hotel!!! I asked for two bottles of water, they sais they dont have that service, so I asked if they are going to act like a hotel, they shoud have the same service, didnt feel good there, never will I stay again there, dont recomend it
What i didn't like; there was no soap or Shampoo in the room and no one at the desk all night. Front desk unoccupied until 9am.
