Staff on the phone was rude, they didn't introduce themselves or say thank you for calling such and such, just ask for your name right away. I had called around 7pm to just let them know I would be arriving around 9pm. Had to wait on hold for 5 minutes just to let them know. They said it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at 8:30pm, the front desk was closed with a metal roll up security door. Worst room ever Had to check after only being in room for 2 hours. Bugs were crawling out of cabinets, from behind mirrors and across the bed spread. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I would not recommend this place. Dogs barking in rooms all night. Beds were terrible and 1 mattress was broke. Bathroom had cob webs. Elevator smelled so bad of urine and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I literally held my breath while i was in it.

You have tobpay 29.99 just for a coffee pot...and you have to buy the coffee cup on top of that.

Horrible! The hotel houses long term tenants there and many of them had dogs or sat around outside which at first mistaken as homeless people. There was dog hair everywhere, and the floors were dirty. Our room constantly smelt like cigarettes and marijuana from the other residents smoking in their rooms. The elevator got stuck on us twice. Worst place I have ever stayed!!! Please heed my warning and do not stay at this place!

TERRIBLE STAY Waited 15-20 minutes at the front desk knocking on glass and calling for someone to check me in and 2 girls later came out eating Ice cream in no rush. The wifi did not work and the front desk was closed @7 so I wasn’t able to ask about it and when I went in the filling morning to see about booking another night no one was there until after 12. Decided ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH the haste checking in an booking and terrible customer service. Also has a lot of random people outside and around the property.

No one was there to check in with so I used their customer service phone next to the registration counter and no one answered and their voicemail was full. Waited for an hour and a half and no one showed up or answered the phone. Unacceptable and pitiful!
