Not a good experience Could not check in when we were supposed to after 3pm, had to call and the clerk said they would be 5-6 minutes, well 35 minutes later no one had shown up we had to leave because we were already late for an appointment and then had to come back and check in and leave again. The clerk was obviously on something, even my kid noticed. A lot of people hanging out by the front door smoking and doing other things, we did not feel safe here. No comfort cozy room. No pictures, mirrors or pictures, no kitchen tinsel’s, no coffee pot etc. only full bed. Was so disappointed. Seems like people staying there as housing.

Worst customer service in my lifetime. Bed and pillows were hard. Some ppl like that plywood feel. I don’t. Overall, everything was more than adequate, until trying to check out. No late check out. No over night staff. No one at the desk all morning. Got locked out. Couldn’t get back in. No one answered the hotel phone. No one answered the lobby phone.
