It was the dirtiest thing ever garbage outside throwing out you have to buy toilet paper you have to pay for towels you have to pay for everything you use and it’s disgusting family’s Fighting people all over the hallways for someone that goes for vacation and expect something different from this hotel

Beware (STAY AWAY) Absolutely WORSE hotel EVER. The room and hotel were BOTH so bad and disgusting I checked in and immediately left smh for one it's an extended stay with random people hanging out all around the hotel. The signs state smoke free but in reality the whole hotel smelt of nothing but secong hand smoke. The smoke was so overwhelming I actually had an asthma attack smh the front desk ate also horrible. I will not stay in this hotel again I reserved one room for 2 nights and I paid $185 in advance for 2 nights , first night was okay, second night we came late to room room we were trying to get to room but the key card was not activated to access the room and no one around to talked to solve the issues the office was closed and no reception available , I have to spend the night in my rental car until next morning the office will open and all they did is credited me for one night

poor customer service First night of checking in nobody even on site to check in. Had to go to another hotel for our first night. Sat in parking lot from 10pm till midnight trying to figure out with 800 # how to get ahold of someone.

Just dont. Bathroom dirty, no water pressure, carpet dirty. Bed lopsided, noisy, when brought a fan it was dirty, trash overflowing in parking lot, dog poop everywhere outside- watch your step. Was there a week, never again.

I didn’t like the small beds, I would’ve liked the room to be cleaner, especially the floors and under the bed. I really hated the dogs across my room barking most of the night, I slept terrible, this place seems to be a doggie day care, dogs are everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to sleep comfortably. It worked for 1 night due to our circumstances but would never stay there again.

Never again Hotel was very limited in its amenities needed an extra pillow could not produce one same goes for towels and soap not a good place to spend the night
