Ghetto-ville This is in the ghetto. Homeless people all around this location. Drug deals happening in broad daylight in the parking lot. Dogs barking all night, guests arguing and shouting at each other in their rooms. A lot of folks are using this hotel as their home. I rode the elevator down with two kids who were getting ready to walk to school. On check in a guy asked the clerk if they had the video footage of his car being broke in to. Yuck A very ghetto Hotel, I will never intentionally get stuck there again. I got woke up in the middle of the night by the carbon monoxide detector screaming this high-pitched alarm and I couldn't figure out why. Yikes. And I realize it's not the hotel's fault but there are bums everywhere in that area. Just a nasty hotel in a nasty area

Front desk closes super early and getting assistance after hours is like pulling teeth. Also no rooms available even though I had confirmation on my itinerary.

Only stayed one night because we arrived at midnight. Although room was clean there were cockroaches. Couldn’t stay second night or leave belongings in room. Check in clerk was pleasant but area seemed unsafe with many people wandering around. Unfortunately I could never recommend a stay here.

I declined to stay, very unsafe, ask for refund, a long term resident housing for offenders, youth carrying a gun, a man washing his car without a shirt parked in handicap parking space, property not clean or manicure.
