Dissapointed The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable the people in the room next to me were up and fighting and partying all night long was woken up at 3 am most nights with fighting drug dealers outside of the hotel all hours of the night

My room had cockroaches. My bed was like a spring roll out bed. Floor was dirty. Unless you pay extra you don't get fresh linen everyday. I had no wash clothes, and when asked for them the front desk told me to wait and she never came back. The elevator didn't work for about two days... A lot of drug addicts walking around the outside and inside. So overall.. this was the worst hotel I have ever stay... My opinion is never stay here...

The partying in the hotel and in the parking lot got old. Difficult to sleep with all the racket.

This was a last minute stop for us while traveling to California. The photos made the place seem night and it was an easy on/off the interstate. There was a concert in town that night which eliminated other places to stay and also jacked up the cost of places that did have any vacancy left. No one was available to check us in when we got there. The sliding office window was down but you could hear people behind in the office. Another couple was ahead of us trying to check-in as well. First the security latch was sawn off, and was fixed after we told the management. The manager told us why the latch was sawn off, which left us uneasy as to why it was sawn off. The floor, tub and toilet had hair on them. The toilet took up to 15 flushes each time we needed to flush a #2, we did not use too much paper. When we asked for the toilet to be fixed, it was not. The worst!!!!!!! We were greeted by a security car in the parking lot actively searching for someone with a spotlight. This hotel is in a creepy alley kind of place with empty lots next to it. Then we get to the front and are greeted with piles of trash by the front door. The front desk wasn't even open! had a wooden gate pulled down (which was down about 95% of the time that we were there!) 1 step above sleeping in your car.. This location could be ok. If they were not a state housing accepted location. Many rooms have more than 4 people staying in them.. Managers charge everyone different prices and we had people attempting to break into our trailer at 3 am. Management doesn't care about anything but your $. And HOUSEKEEPING and WIFI are an EXTRA CHARGE ON TOP OF YOUR ROOM CHARGES!!! Only reason to stay here is if you're not able to sleep in your car.. oh and don't mind the cockroaches!

The gentleman at the front desk was very rude an had the window closed during hours of operation. My room had roaches. The front desk was not able to provide roach spray. I changed rooms and the shower head did not work nor was the tub clean. The front desk could not provide any type of kitchen utensils and informed me that if they had them it would be a cost. Horrible experience!
